This past Summer the University of St. Gallen and the Institute of Public Finance and Fiscal Law hosted the first IPMN Conference. The topic of this Conference was The New Public Management in International Perspective. The conference was generously sponsored by the University of St. Gallen, the Institute of Public Finance and Fiscal Law, the Union Bank of Switzerland and the Naval Postgraduate School.
